The Fine Grinding of the Vulcanized Rubber Using the Vulcanization Method in Internal Mixers

Vulcanized rubber were roughly comminuted to particle diameter with 1~5 mm. Then, the particles were mixed with ingredients such as stearic acid, zinc oxide, sulfur and vulcanization accelerators at roughlyin internal mixers. Fine powders of rubber wastes having the mean particle diameter of about300~500were obtained. It can be expected that this method is utilized to the recycling of rubber wastes in factories.
