The Society of Rubber Science and Technology, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) and other relevant laws and regulations, and shall strive to appropriately manage and protect the personal information of its members, users, and other related parties.
Our organization acquires and uses personal information within the scope necessary for business operations and for the following purposes.

We will not provide personal information to third parties without the individual's consent, except in the following cases. We will exercise appropriate supervision over contractors.

Our organization implements appropriate security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or falsification of personal information.
Upon request from the individual, we will respond to requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, and disclosure of records of third-party provision of retained personal data. When making a request, we may ask you to submit identification documents.
Our organization automatically receives information such as the user's cookie data, viewed advertisements and web pages, and the user's usage environment from the user's web browser, records it on our servers, and uses it to enhance the convenience of the services we provide, maintain and protect sessions for security purposes, consider new services, and tailor the content of services and advertisements to better suit users.
