The Correlations between Dispersion State of Additives and Physical Properties of Vulcanized Rubber

In rubber products, it’s a fact that if dispersion state of additives in a rubber is uniformity, the mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber are improved. Evaluation of dispersion state of additives is mainly filler such as carbon black and silica by surface observation. On the other hand, research of dispersion state of other additives is not enough. In this report, we examined whether the correlations between the dispersion state of additives without filler in a rubber and physical properties of vulcanized rubber.
