The final installment of the three-part series of a special lecture for living cationic polymerization focuses on recent progress in living polymerization of isobutene and styrene derivatives. Unique and new initiating systems for living polymerization have been developed for isobutene and styrenes. This final article focuses on active living catalysts for both monomers, and water-tolerant systems for styrenes.
